Andrew was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and has been a long-time Seattle resident. He received his BFA from Harrington Institute in Chicago and residedend in several cities throughout the country before planting roots in the Pacific Northwest. He draws from his experience as an interior designer, creating fictional interiors exploring themes of obsession, consumerism, and excessiveness, resulting in maximalist, busy, bold, colorful work. Other themes he enjoys playing around with are teenage adolescence, dark humor, and faded memories.
